Mike joins the Community Safety Engagement team in Strood today

Continuing with our regular engagement events throughout the authority, I was able to join the Community Safety Team in Strood High Street today.

As well as getting advice on Council, Policing and Community Safety matters , dog owners were also able to take advantage of the free dog chipping that was available. The team were also handing out purse chains to local residents.

In the last three visits our officers were able to chip around 100 dogs.

Photograph shows me with local Ward Councillor John Avey, a local resident and some of our team that were on hand to assist.
